It can only conncet to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.

If your router is a dual-band, please separate the two bands and then try connecting to the 2.4GHz band.

No, the water fountain is not dishwasher safe.

Please clean it only with cold water. Do not use hot water as it may damage the unit.
