Is the static safe for my pet?
lt is unpleasant,but harmless to your dog, please select the appropriate static electricity level. Electronic training equipment requires the interaction and training of the owner.

Make sure the receiver and transmitter are turned on, the collar strap is tight enough.
Change longer contact points or Contact Spring Sheet that are more appropriate for your dog.

The receiver doesn’t seem to provide static stimulation to the dog?
Receiver Contact points from Receiver. Connect Test Light to the receiver and the receiver and test for stimulation. If the text light is blinking, receiver is providing stimulation.
How far is the shooting range of this model? I love taking my dogs outside to play.
After repeated tests by engineers, it is at least 1800Ft under open geographical conditions. It should be noted that the effective wireless communication range will be affected by terrian, weather, vegetation, and other radio devices.
How to find the best static level for my dog？
1. Starting at Level 1, Gradually increase the stimulation levels until your pet reliably responds to the stimulation
2. If your dog continues showing no response at Level 6, check the fit of the receiver collar
