Why can I only open one drawer at a time?

As part of compliance update in USA, – ASTM F2057-23 (STURDY), our drawer has an interlocking mechanism which allows only one drawer to open at a time to prevent the dresser from tipping.

I have issues assembling the the product. What can I do?

Besides our assembly manual which can be found in your packaging, we also have video assembly guide to help our customers assemble their Dresser. If there are still issues, feel free to reach out to us directly.

The drawers are not aligned correctly. How do I align them?
