If you are fostering your kittens through a shelter, note your shelter’s name, their address, their contact information, and any emergency hotline number for easy access.
After picking up your new foster kittens, write down their information, such as their names, gender, and description. Be sure to write down their important milestone, such as microchip date and spay/neuter surgery date!
Feeding & Weight Chart
Keep a weight chart for each kitten in your litter! Use these charts to track the date, time, and start and end weight per feeding. Take brief notes on how the kitten was eating and gaining during that feeding.
Feeding & Weight Reference Chart
When feeding your bottle babies, gruel, or weaned kittens, use this convenient reference chart to see where your kitten falls based on their current weight. This chart details their approx. stomach capacity, approx. number of feedings they need per day, and the approx. number of grams a kitten needs to gain per feeding.
