Why is indicator turn red ?

Usually this is because the bin is full,follow the steps below to troubleshoot the problem:

STEP 1 Check the waste drawer in the cat litter box is too full. If YES, empty the cat waste container and try again; if the problem persists, go to step 2.

STEP 2 Ensure that the cat litter in your ball bin is too much, the customer could take out some cat litter and smooth out the cat litter in the ball bin, then try again; if the problem still exists, go to step 3.

STEP 3 Unplug the power adapter from the cat litter box and disassemble the cat litter box. Clean the base and try to reapply power.

Why is indicator flashing red light ?

This is a normal situation. When a cat or a person approaches (1 meter) or enters the smart cat litter box, the radar will sense it and automatically stop running to protect the cat. When there are no pets or people nearby, it will resume operation after a few seconds. (Repeated triggering of the sensor will prolong the stop time up to 3 minutes)
