How to install the collar？

How to turn on and off the collar？

Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn on or off the bark collar.

Note: If there is no operation key for 15 seconds, the screen goes off.

How to adjust the sensitivity level? And how do I turn the shock mode off?

Adjust the Sensitivity Level: Press the “Power” Button and the screen will display the value “1-2-3-4-5”. You can select the sensitivity level you want based on the number displayed on the screen.

Switch between Shock Mode and No Shock Mode: Short press the “M” key to turn off/on the shock mode. When the electric shock icon appears, it is the electric shock mode. When the electric shock icon disappears, the shock mode is turned off.

How to test whether the collar is working properly?

Step 1.Turn on the electric shock mode, select “5” gear to enter the test.

Step 2.Put the lamp test tool vertically on the 2 contact points , make sure the metal wire directly touches the top of the 2 points.

How do I ensure that my bark collar is fully charged?

When charging, the collar indicator light will remind you of the status of the bark collar.

When your barking collar is plugged into the charger, the battery grid ticker will jump, then the screen will go off after 5 seconds, and the red light will stay on. The red light lights up to indicate charging.

After charging is complete, the 3 cells of the battery are always on, and the greenight is always on. When the green light turns on, it means it is fully charged.

Why does the collar not work when the dog barks?
