You can see the currently selected spray level on the LCD display.Vibration Mode: Create a vibration to warn and teach the dogs. The Vibration Intensity is not adjustable.Beep Mode: Emit a Beep sound to warn and teach the dogs. The Beep Intensity is not adjustable.

Upgraded design: Each function button corresponds to a different color light, which can better distinguish the function you are using and avoid the accidental spray. When the button is pressed, the remote control and the receiving collar will display the same corresponding color.

Troubleshooting: Why the collar does not spray or not work?

(1). The collar will not work automatically, you need to press the remote button to make it work. Please pair the remote and the receiver collar correctly

(2). If the Beep and Vibration functions can all work normally, only the Spray function can not work when pressing the button, maybe the collar lacks citronella spray, please fill the citronella spray correctly before use each time (Fill it from the Inflation valve instead of the Spray valve).

(3). If all functions don’t work, maybe the collar or remote control needs to be charged, or they need to be paired together before use, or you need to switch to the correct channel which the collar is pairing (Dog1 or Dog2 Channel).

(4). If none of the above can be solved, maybe the Spray valve is blocked. Please try to use a needle or slender things to poke the spray valve with a needle, and wipe it with a dry cloth to make it clear.

(5). If it still can’t work, please tell us for help. Our professional after-sales team will serve you at any time.

Important Tips Before Use and Purchase:

This product can not work automatically when dog barks, can only be used by the remote control.It is recommended to refill the citronella spray before each use.Place the receiver collar on the middle of the dog’s neck, make sure the Spray Nozzle towards the dog’s nose.Make sure the collar is not too tight nor too loose, yet loose enough to allow 2 fingers to fit under the strap..For dogs with long furs, trim the furs along the spray path for effective spray range.Our bark collar is suggested to use for dogs over 6 months and over 8lbs, not for aggressive dogs or smelling impaired dogs. Not recommended for small dogs,such as Shih Tzu, Yorkshire Terrier.
