Please measure the circumference of your dog’s neck before purchasing！The minimum circumference is 7 inches.

Troubleshooting: Why the collar does not spray or not work?

Answer:

(1). This collar can only work with the remote, it will not work automatically when the dog barks, you need to press the remote button to make it work.(2). If the Beep and Vibration functions can all work normally, only the Spray function can’t work when pressing the button, maybe the collar lacks citronella spray, please fill the citronella spray correctly before use each time (fill it from the Refill Port, instead of the Spray Port).(3). If all functions don’t work, the collar or remote control needs to be charged, or they need to be paired together correctly before use, or you need to switch to the correct channel which the collar is pairing (Dog1 or Dog2 Channel).(4). If none of the above can be solved, maybe the Spray valve is blocked. Please try to use a needle or slender things to poke the Spray Port with a needle, and wipe it with a dry cloth to make it clear.(5). Tell us your problem through the email and we will do our best to deal with it.

IPX7 means the collar can be submerged in 1 meter of water for up to 30 mins. So the dog can wear it while swimming and in the rain.

Note: The Remote is not waterproof, please keep it away from water and dog chew.

REFILL BOTTLE：

Comes with one bottle of citronella refill.Capacity 85ML can refill the collar: 25 – 30 times.How to fill it into the collar: Please turn off the collar before filling it, align the spray refill bottle vertically over the Refill Port, then press it firmly into the inlet and hold for 10-15 seconds.The spray refill is citronella-scented, harmless to dogs and humans, non-flammable.

NOTE：

Make sure the collar is not too tight or too loose. One finger should just fit between the collar belt and your dog’s neck.For dogs with long furs, trim the furs along the spray path for effective spray range.Not fit for puppies under 6 months, aggressive dogs, or smelling-impaired dogs.Not recommended for tiny dogs such as Shih Tzu and Yorkshire Terrier.
