Can I use the product when other dogs are playing around?
Dogs will bark when playing and will get excited, for the comfort and safety of your pet, we don’t suggest using this product in such an environment
Will the barking of other dogs activate the dog collar?
The bark collar can filter out most of the outside sounds , but if your other dog is too close to this collar, we recommend that you should use the level 1 to reduce its activation.
Why is the product triggered sometimes in anoisy environment though the dog isn’t barking?
Though we have optimized the barking detectioa similar frequency to barking, which may have small chance to activate the product. Please lower the sensitivity level. Level 8 is the highest level, and level 1is the lowest level.
How do I know if I can use this product for my pet?
