Use this brush to apply Eye Envy Tear Stain Remover Powder or chalk to your dog or cat. The head is designed to reach those sensitive and difficult to reach places, without harming your furry friend. The weighted handle provides control and the tapered brush head allows you to get right into the hair shaft. This brush collects so much powder, there is very little waste and really allows you to apply it evenly.
