The Model-P2 cage is a fully-enclosed cage for hamsters, rats, gerbils, and mice that are prone to escape and chewing. All models can be expanded by purchasing additional cages or parts, which can be combined with the existing cage to create a larger, unified structure. Acrylic accessories on display are NOT included.

Model-P2 improves on our original clear hamster cage Model-P. The cage lid is now as thick as the wall panels and is fully lockable. The side panels can be easily removed via thumb screws to facilitate easy dumping of dirty bedding. The ventilation windows in the side walls are smaller than before to prevent small pets from escaping. The cage handle holes have been replaced by aluminum handles to prevent escapes and improve appearance. The cage bottoms are now yellow panels, which not only look better but are also less prone to getting dirty.
Attention: Small animals vary greatly in size and their capability to squeeze through gaps. We recommend that you observe your pets to see if they can escape through the small ventilation holes on the side panels. Accessories such as wheels and hideouts are NOT included in the cage. The lid can be effortlessly opened, providing convenient access for feeding, cleaning, and overall easy interaction. Also it can be easily locked via our thumb screws.
For cage cleaning, our Model-P2 cage allows you to easily uninstall and reinstall a side panel. Instead of painstakingly scooping up dirty bedding, you can simply uninstall a side panel, take the cage to a trash bin, and dump the dirty bedding. Reinstalling the side panel is as easy as removing it. This is a game changer for cleaning closed cages like hamster cages.
