How to use our dried vegetables: Simply add 1 part of the product to 2 parts water. Simmer gently for 10-15 minutes or longer until the vegetable is tender. You can add the re-hydrated vegetable directly to your favorite dish or recipe. If using directly in a cooked dish, be sure to add additional water to allow for absorption.

Quick & Easy Homemade Vegetable Broth

Use your favorite vegetables to make your own custom vegetable stock powder to use in soups, stews, and other recipes. With our Vegetable Sampler, the combinations are truly endless!

Step 1: Select a mix of vegetables that you love – use your imagination! Throw in a little bit of jalapeno for a spicy kick, or use leeks in the place of onions for a richer, sweeter allium taste.

Step 2: Mix all of your vegetables together, place them in a grinder or blender, and pulverize them to a powder. You can use any kitchen blender, food processor, coffee grinder, or spice grinder.

Step 3: Season to taste, then add to your favorite recipes for a savory dash of fresh vegetable flavor!

Step 4: Store your vegetable powder in an airtight container in a dark, cool, dry place. If stored correctly, your vegetable broth powder will keep for months without refrigeration.
