100% Combed Cotton Turtlenecks

Made from 100% interlock knit construction mid-weight (7.25 Oz/ 245 GSM) combed cotton yarn with carbon pitched fabric, our turtleneck has been completely redesigned to resist any fading, pilling or shrinkage. The turtlenecks feature double hammed reinforced seems, rib knit collars and cuffs. A pinch of spandex is added to the collars for stretch and shape retention.

Combed cotton makes our fabrics softer and stronger than regular cotton fabrics. There are no impurities or short protruding threads, and the combing process removes short fibers, which are prone to breakage.

We pre-wash each fabric before cutting, resulting in the reduction of shrinkage to less than 1%. Pre-washing improves the overall structure of the fabrics, increases fabric bonding and gets rid of any harmful substances or chemicals that might be present during the yarn coloring process. Since 2020-2021 our turtlenecks are made by Grameen Fabrics & Fashions Ltd, a social responsible micro-credit factory.

A traditional cut which fits looser around the body. Appropriate for more casual, everyday use.

Relaxed Fit (Our Cut and Fittings)

A wider cut. Provides plenty of space and won’t hug tight against your abdomen and body. Perfect for winter layering. Our turtleneck cut and and fit falls under the relaxed fit category.

Cuffs

A touch of spandex is added for stretch and shape retention to our rib knit cuffs which sits firmly on the wrist and minimizes any cold air entrance.

Fabrics Quality

Mid-weight interlock knit fabrics with light carbon pitch to increase air retention for warmth and comfort. We pre-wash fabric before cutting to resist any fading, pilling or shrinkage. Fabric pre-washing prior to making the garment also ensure highest product safely in addition to OEKO-TEX safety product testing.

Collar

Our rib knit collars has a touch of spandex for stretch and shape retention. This 1 X 1 ribs knit fabric with spandex also ensure to keep the collar shape after many washes.

Our Regular Cut/Fitting Turtleneck Detailed Measurement Chart

Detail Measurement Guideline in Inches for our Turtleneck

The measurements are given with respect to body circumference. Please use the following guideline to measure the key garment elements. Please use a cloth measuring tape.

Collar: Measure around the base of your neck where the collar generally falls. Place the end of the measuring tape on the front of your neck and wrap it around until the ends meet. Gently pull it tight and take the measurement. Round up to the nearest half inch.

Chest: Place the tape measure in the center of your chest at the widest part, which is usually right above your nipples. Wrap it around your back, going under your armpits and making sure the tape measure stays horizontal and doesn’t twist. Pull it up against your skin but don’t pull it too tight.

Natural waistline: Usually above your belly button and right below your rib cage. Hold the end in front and wrap the rest of the tape measure around the back to take the measurement. Keep the tape measure a little loose by placing a finger between it and your waist.

Measuring using your best fit garment: Another way to measure your garment by laying flat and measure the width and then multiply by two.
