The LOVE System – Rosemary Roasted Cauliflower and Pine Nuts

1 large head organic cauliflower
2 cloves of garlic, peeled and minced 1⁄8 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. fresh rosemary
1⁄2 cup raw pine nuts
Sea salt
Fresh-ground pepper

Preheat oven to 425°F. Break apart cauliflower into bite-sized pieces or florets and place in large mixing bowl. Add garlic and stir throughout. Pour in olive oil and ensure that all cauliflower pieces are drizzled with oil. Sprinkle with rosemary, pine nuts, salt and pepper. Transfer mixture evenly onto baking sheet and set, uncovered, in oven for 20–25 minutes or until the top and edges of cauliflower are lightly brown. Serve immediately. Serves 2 to 3

The INSIGHT SYSTEM – Green Tea/Berry Freeze

1 cup water 2 green tea bags 2 cups frozen mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)1 1⁄2 cups organic coconut milk 1⁄4 cup pomegranate juice

Boil water and add to tea bags. Steep for 5 minutes. In meantime, combine mixed berries, milk, and juice in a blender until smooth. Add tea to berry blend. Drink as a smoothie or freeze if you prefer to eat as a sorbet. Serves 2 to 3

The FLOW System – Flowing Ginger Mango Smoothie

1 ripe mango, peeled and sliced2 cups unsweetened coconut milk2 tbsp. ground flaxseed mealPinch ground ginger

Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Serve immediately or freeze for 1 hour if you would like as a sorbet. Serves 1 to 2
